Booking and Payment

• Your request is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team
• Payment is required to secure your booking
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer
• Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 7 days before session: Full refund
• 3-7 days before session: 50% refund
• Less than 72 hours before session: Rescheduling only, no refund
• No-show without notice: No refund or rescheduling

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Participant Responsibilities

As a participant in our culinary experiences, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about dietary restrictions and food allergies
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Follow safety instructions provided by instructors
• Treat instructors, staff, and other participants with respect
• Not attend if you have symptoms of contagious illness

Health and Safety

Cooking involves inherent risks including heat, sharp objects, and potential allergens. By participating in our services:

• You acknowledge these risks and participate at your own discretion
• You confirm you have disclosed any relevant allergies or health conditions
